Hobbies/Interests: Seeking knowledge and video games

Extracurricular Activities: Chief Economist of the Green and Gold Fund, Vice President of the Financial Management Association.

Andrew Rape – Executive Vice President

Current Employer/Internship: CrossFit Trussville, Owner

Plans for after graduation: After graduation, I plan on continuing my passion of impacting my community by improving their overall fitness and activity levels. I enjoy what I do and know that I can only improve on what I’ve developed so far. CrossFit is who I am and what I do.

Awards/Honors: Birmingham AMA Harvey Smith Scholarship Award

Hobbies/Interests:I enjoy practicing and learning more about CrossFit, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Hiking, Cycling, Cosmology, Psychodynamics, Quantum Mechanics, and General Relativity.

Plans for AMA this Year and in the Future: I’m looking forward to a fantastic year with the UAB AMA. We are all raising awareness of th field and are continuing to find new members who are developing a passion for marketing and business. I can only hope to impact them how much they can gain from learning more about marketing and how it can improve their lives.

Arielle E. Stewart – Vice President of Advertising

Plans for After Graduation: I’d like to begin my career in the fashion industry in New York City.

Plans for AMA this Year and in the Future: With this being the senior year for all, or most, of the AMA executives, I’d like to continue to build our chapter, as well as pave the way for the strong executives that will lead the way next year.


Katie E. Huffstutler – VP of Membership

Major: Industrial Distribution with a concentration in Medical Equipment and Supplies Distribution and Marketing

Plans for After Graduation: After graduation I plan to attend the Manderson Graduate School of Business at the University and get my MBA with a concentration in Strategy

Awards/Honors: Lee Moody Scholar, IMPACT Lead Volunteer

Hobbies/Interests: I love to exercise and really push myself both physically and mentally. Also, I am currently in the process of
opening a bakery with my sister which takes up most of my time for hobbies.

Plans for AMA this Year and in the Future: This year I would like to increase awareness and interest about the AMA across campus.  I want to assist in the steady growth of the UAB  | AMA and set a foundation that will allow for continued success of the organization
